According to some scientists, the process of forming Leaded Glass is very similar to that of another thermal artifact, the Pétoncle. Other researchers highlight the similarity of the crystals to those of Frost. However, neither similarity explains the absorption properties of the crystals, which do not manifest in any of these artifacts.
